All medical supplies are shipped directly to your home via FedEx and/or UPS.

Can I receive notification when my product has shipped via e-mail?

We will send e-mail notifications with the details of your order along with any important information regarding paperwork.

What are the cut-off times for shipments?

Orders are processed by our warehouse by 3pm during the week.

What if I did not receive all or part of my order?
